In the context of the pandemic, HBO Max came up with the idea of creating on-demand live shows with an extra layer of interaction.
Since audiences couldn't attend events in person, the goal was to recreate the excitement of a live concert through an immersive streaming experience.
In this fully interactive show, viewers became part of the performance: they could vote for the setlist, request songs, chat with the artists,
and even gain exclusive access to the backstage and the post-show celebration.
Our role was to create the event's complete visual identity and the graphic system that brought the experience to life across every touchpoint.
The visual concept was built around typography in constant transformation. Text and letterforms continuously morphed and evolved,
giving the graphics a sense of movement and energy, a visual metaphor for the ever-changing nature of a live performance.
